Erica Jamieson writes fiction and memoir with crazy hopes to one day find a book or two of hers on the shelves at the local library! For now, in her home office she writes short fiction, personal essay and attempts at a first novel. Spanning time and distance, Erica’s first novel travels between contemporary Detroit and a small Polish village before and during World War Two exploring the consequences of survival.
Erica has published essays in Self Magazine, Lilith, The Isaian, OnefortheTable.com among other online and print journals. Her award winning work has been anthologized in About My Mother by Aberdeen Bay. Erica was a contributor at the 2011 Breadloaf Writer’s conference. She lives in West Los Angeles with two very chatty children and one very handsome husband. Oh, and a Whoodle named Willa
